Tumbleweek

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 25, 2026

Tumbleweek is a shared calendar for families. This policy explains what information the Tumbleweek app and service collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what it takes to run your family's calendar, we don't show ads, we don't track you, and we never sell your information.

What we collect

Your account

Your family's calendar

Children's information

Tumbleweek accounts are for people 13 and older. Younger children can be added to a family by a parent or guardian as a name, without an account or login. We collect nothing from children directly. Information a parent adds about a child, such as their name and the events they're tagged in, is handled like the rest of the family's calendar.

What stays on your device

How we use your information

We use your information only to provide Tumbleweek:

We don't use advertising, third-party analytics or tracking, and we don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

Who can see your information

Keeping your information safe

Information is encrypted in transit between the app and our servers. Each family's data is kept separate from every other family's, and access is checked on every request. Sign-in codes and sessions are stored only in hashed form.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep your information for as long as you have an account. You can leave a family at any time, and a family's owner can delete the family, which removes it for everyone. To delete your account and its information, email us at support@tumbleweek.app from the address you sign in with, and we'll take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we'll let you know in the app or by email.
